Los Angeles County Museum Of Art (LACMA)
Since its inception in 1965, LACMA has been devoted to collecting works of art that span both history and geography and represent Los Angeles's uniquely diverse population. Today, the museum features particularly strong collections of Asian, Latin American, European, and American art, as well as a contemporary museum on its campus.

With 2-for-1 general admission, visitors to the museum can discover thousands of works of art spanning time and the world, plus free outdoor concerts, films, artist talks, tours, restaurants, shops and more. Among LACMA's strengths are its holdings of Asian art and Latin American art, ranging from pre-Columbian masterpieces to works by leading modern and contemporary artists; and Islamic art, of which LACMA hosts one of the most significant collections in the world.
